The 2025 PPOK Convention will be held at the Renaissance Waterford Hotel in Oklahoma City. The actual address is 6300 Waterford Blvd, OKC, OK 73118. Our special room rate for a King or Double Queen room is only $114.00 a night. There is plenty of parking onsite that is FREE. On Friday Night, September 5th from 5 - 7 PM, Jim Felder will be taking and demonstrating headshots for interested individuals.

On Saturday, September 6th from 9 - Noon, Dawn Muncy's program will be "Mastering Light & Motion! The Art of Dance Photography"

On Saturday, September 6th from 2 - 5 PM, PPA President Mark Campbell's program will be "Where Are You Supposed To Be".

On Sunday, September 7th from 8:30 AM - Noon and resuming at 1:30 PM until 5 PM, Kelly & Kalina Schneider will present an all day workshop.

The Image Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday evening at the hotel. Your banquet ticket will provide you with a fully catered dinner.
