Base fee:

1 - Early Full Registration w/ Banquet Ticket – $129.00

2 - Early Full Registration – $99.00
Discounted Full Registration for entire event. (does not include awards banquet)
On-site will be $112.00
3 - Single Day Only Registration – $79.00
Registration for one (1) day only. ($99 on site)
(Determine which day you can attend, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, when you arrive on site)
4 - Non-Member Registration – $165.00
Full event registration for anyone not a current member of PPOK. (does not include a banquet ticket)
5 - Banquet Ticket – $40.00
Awards Banquet Dinner Ticket (will be $46.00 at the door)
6 - Social & Expo Only – $25.00
Includes all social events and Expo Pass both days.
7 - Board of Directors Luncheon – $25.00
Lunch meeting - 11:45 AM on Sunday
8 - Past Presidents Luncheon – $25.00
Lunch meeting Saturday at 12 noon

The annual PPOK Convention, Print Competition and Expo will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino located at 777 W Cherokee St in Catoosa (Tulsa), OK.

We have a special hotel room rate of only $129.00 a night. The group rate deadline is July 27th. This deadline is important. Currently, the hotel almost always is full on weekend dates. If you do not reserve your room by this date, any unused rooms will be released to the hotel and you will not receive the special rate and you most likely will not get a room at all.
